Commercial Glass Repairs

We offer same day glass repair and give a quote of the price over the phone if you can provide some rough sizes / glass color/pattern and will do a comprehensive estimate and assessment of the damage. We’ll explain each option available to you for these sometimes stressful window glass repairs.

We service commercial properties as priority same day repairs. No window repair is too small or too big although larger panels may require a same day board up to make safe while glass is being cut to order.

We understand that commercial window repairs and replacements can be matters of extreme urgency may have security-related issues.

Please note:

• Replacements for larger glass windows or custom windows may need to be specially cut. Double glazed replacements can take 7-10 working days to arrive for us to install as they are made to order.
• If for any reason the glass needs to be ordered, we’ll make the site safe with proper secure boarding on the first day of service.
• Bookings options: If you aren’t available same day and want to book for a more convenient day to fit your schedule, Monday – Friday we can make a booking for you at a more convenient time.

Commercial Door Repairs

We specialize in many different types of Commercial door repairs.  Commercial buildings get high traffic/ high use and for this reason they wear much faster than a residential door set and often need 6monthly – yearly check-ups or a general service to keep them in premium working order.  If the door seems to drag/scrape or wobble, chances are it can be a simple service to get it back in working order before it fails or becomes a security risk or falls off completely. Sometimes the closer can also wear out quickly due to high use and often doesn’t needing replacement but just needs an adjustment to keep them working correctly. If you see any signs of oil coming out of the door closer it needs replacement immediately before it becomes dangerous to use or fails completely.

Due to being a commercial frame the installation options and fixed panel / door configurations can be tailored to suit any design requirement.

Commercial Windows

We specialize in both new commercial window installations and repairs to existing commercial windows.

Commercial Windows haven’t changed much in the last 20 years but the combinations available are almost infinite.

Ranging from a multi level facade on the side of a commercial / residential building to a simple fixed window in a pool alfresco. The internal combinations can also have many different setups from a standard fixed panel to a pivot awning, louvers, sliding windows or even automated glass panels they adjust to the amount of light directed on them from the sun.
 
As the frames get older they do sometimes develop problems which most of the time we can help with.
